About the 9^th UThFest

Rejuvenationtrust that talent pursued in the right direction creates history. Uka Tarsadia University envisions encouraging education of the youth at all levels with an emphasis on all-round development. UTU has been continuously guiding and preparing students to master their talents and increase their abilities. We focus on making them ready to strive at the national and international level. Thus, UTU students have been delivering exceptional performance year after year in the prominent ‘Youth Festival’. Youth festival activities are an integral part of educational programmes because they provide scope for democratic living; develop social skills, sense of cooperation, team spirit and self-discipline, important for the citizens to function in a democracy. All this is possible only through students' participation in co-curricular and extra-curricular activities. This mega event of “9thUthFest” would be a University level competition that aims at active participation from Diploma, UG & PG students of constituent institutes/departments of UTU.

9thUthFest intends to discover the varied potential and latent talent of students. It focuses on evaluating reading, speaking, dancing, acting, singing, drawingand presentation skills of the students. The fest event is divided into 41 different events in 6 different categories. It is an attempt to gather all the skilful young minds and make them test their diverse fields of expertise in the confines of different challenges. 9thedition of UthFest, where the spirit of Carnival takes center stage! This year, prepare to be dazzled as we transform the festival into a vibrant celebration of life, joy, and creativity. We look forward to your extremeengrossment.

At UTU, we believe that carnivals are more than just celebrations — they are expressions of life, tradition, and culture.

This year, this youth festival will embrace the vibrancy of both global and Indian carnivals, bringing together a spectacular fusion of music, dance, colors, and joy.The 9thUth Fest will showcase the grandeur of global carnivals such as the Rio Carnival, Venice Carnival, Mardi Gras, and Notting Hill Carnival, blending seamlessly with the essence of India’s iconic festivals like the Goa Carnival, Pushkar Fair, Durga Puja, and Onam.

This fusion of the world’s best celebrations will allow students to experience and engage in a whirlwind of creativity, vibrance, and togetherness.
