Objective
Community service is work done by a person or group of people that benefits others. It is often done near the area where we live, so your own community reaps the benefits of our work. Community service can help many different groups of people: children, senior citizens and people with disabilities, even animals and the environment. There are numerous benefits to participating in community service, both for ourselves and others. Below are some of the most important benefits of volunteering:
- Sensitize students to serve the underprivileged part of community.
- Activities of social club will inculcate socially desirable values such as empathy and co-operation in students.
- It will undertake projects such as literacy and educational programmers for adults and underprivileged children, field trips, health campaigns, awareness campaigns, etc.
- Walking people about their responsibility towards nature and environment.
- Gives you a way to help others.
