Alumni meet - 2022

Shrimad Rajchandra College of Physiotherapy had organized an Alumni meet on 9 th August 2022. It was organized by Alumni committee and all the staff members of SRCP. The session started at 9 am in the morning and ended at 4 pm. The motive of this activity was to bring all alumnus together of all BPT and MPT batches. 126 alumnus registered for the said event. The meet was full of knowledge sharing, motivation and entertainment.

First Alumni Meet 2018-2019

First Alumni meet was organized by Shrimad Rajchandra College of Physiotherapy at MalibaCampus on 1th September 2018.Dr. Snehal Patel welcomed our principal, guest speakers and all Alumni students. Dr. Anil Mishra, who encouraged our Alumni students by giving opening Speech to everyone present.

Our Guest speaker Dr.Tarpan Shah had given very informative lecture on optimal use of technology in the field of physiotherapy.

Dr. Hitesh Pansuriya who conducted practical demonstration of therapeutic cupping in the afternoon session. Both lectures were very informative and all Alumni gave good response. Program ended with gift distribution and Vote of thanks by Dr.HeenaRathod.

Objectives

• To Plan and promote a minimum of one event per year
• To encourage the Alumni to take an active and abiding interest in the work and progress of the Institute so as to contribute towards enhancement of the social utility of their Alma Mater.
• Provide leadership in support of higher education and alumni association
• To undertake to organise activities of a public or charitable nature as also to increase public awareness of the role of Physiotherapy in value addition in the economic and social development of the nation.
• To promote best practices in different areas for the benefit of the society, especially weaker sections;
• To create awareness about the Institute and its alumni in the public
• To assist deserving students from the sections of the society by knowledge and job opportunity.

Functions

• To maintain annual/life membership of the Association.
• To conduct annual reunion at parent institution
• To Conduct education programme during reunion
• To Honour Graduates of a particular Batch
• Maintain communication with members
• Sponsor events, programs/education for students/staff

Membership

The Association shall have the following categories of members:

• Regular Members: An alumnus/alumna, who will received a degree awarded by the Institute by Year 2017 and has not paid any subscription for Life Membership, shall be a Regular Member.
• Life Members: Director, Provost & faculties, who has served the institute for at least one year.
• Institutional Members: Hospitals, Company, NGO, Recruitment consultant & Experts from corporate.
