Transportation

The Maliba Campus is on state highway No 6, six kms. away from Bardoli on Mahuva road, Tarsadi. It is well connected with Bardoli, Surat, Navsari and Mahuva by state transport service.

University provides transportation facility from various places to the campus. Gopal Vidyanagar's Campus bus plies between college and Bardoli at frequent intervals throughout the day. Also, private operator has been hired to run 30 buses to and fro Surat, Navsari and Valsad to the campus daily. Besides, plenty of GSRTC buses also ply on this route. All buses towards Mahuva, Tarsadi, Karchelia, Walwada, Pathradia, Kavitha, Anaval, etc. can be boarded to reach the campus.

Hostel

At Uka Tarsadia University, Hostels are available within the campus separately for boys and girls. The campus hostels are three storied buildings with a capacity to accommodate 240 students. The hostels consist of spacious and well-furnished rooms which are excellent for living in terms of food, recreations, and a conducive atmosphere for study. Also, 24x7 free internet connectivity is available in the hostel. The students have the option for selecting from one seater, two seater, three seater and four seater rooms, which are ergonomically designed. The hostel includes a mess for inmates, where vegetarian food is prepared and served under strict hygiene conditions.

Canteen

The University is equipped with fully functional vegetarian canteens. The canteens provide a range of dishes, snacks and fruit juices to choose from. Tea, coffee, light snacks, Gujarati, South Indian, Punjabi, and Chinese dishes are available throughout the day at reasonable cost. A separate mess also functions in the campus, where food is prepared and served under strict hygiene conditions.

Sardar Patel Provision Store

There is a provision store in the campus which is managed by Shree Sardar Bardoli Taluka Khedut Sahakari Kharid-Vechaan Sangh Ltd. Stationeries and other items of everyday use are sold here at reasonable rates. The store is equipped with photocopy and printing facilities. It has a cafeteria where one can enjoy light snacks and cold drinks.

Plantation

The campus of Gopal Vidyanagar is full of greenery, flowers and other plants. Students and faculty extend their voluntary support in keeping it beautiful. Tree plantation activity and garden cleaning activities are carried out periodically under the 'Green Campus Clean Campus' objective.

Community Service

Community Services and social outreach programmes are an integral part of Uka Tarsadia University. The objective is to inculcate civic responsibilities among the students and to bring community orientation in the professional studies. The students spread the message of kindness, helping the less fortunate and needy through their active involvement with these people. Activities include visits to old age homes and spending time with inmates, voluntary blood donation, etc.
