About Department
Diploma Environmental Engineering was established in 2017 to accomplish the necessity of competent Environmental engineers in the current phase of environment problems in the state as well as nation. The department has well qualified and fully dedicated faculty members engaged in teaching with the aim of achieving excellence in various fields. The department owns laboratories in the area of Environmental Engineering Laboratory, Concrete Technology Laboratory, Fundamental of Civil Engineering Laboratory, Surveying Laboratory, etc. In favour of the overall development of students, the department follows holistic approach that incorporates career counselling, industrial tour and professional society related exercises along with academic activities.
The department aims to provide students with industry or job-related Engineering knowledge, scientific skills, Computing and analysis, Mathematical techniques and Sound knowledge of English to communicate in the field and ability to apply problem solving techniques.

- Department of Environmental Engineering has set up best laboratory to perform the practicals of various subject as per syllabus through which they applied their knowledge in different engineering field.
- The Environmental Engineering Department has encouraged students to pursue summer internships during the vacations and acquire necessary problem-solving skills. Department regularly organize industrial visit to give them practical knowledge and also organize expert lecture.
- Regular training & placement is imparted in the area of communication skill and aptitude to the students to make them employable. It is well integrated with a number of industries with the purpose of keeping students employed.
- Department aims to deliver holistic experiences to students to ensure their success not only in academics & professional careers, but also in their overall life.
- All faculty members are highly qualified with teaching and industrial experience in Environmental Engineering. One to one counselling with the students so that their problems can be heard, understood and solved.
