Following steps should be followed for issuance of LOR:

1. For application, mail to “director.physics@utu.ac.in” with the subject “LOR Required”.

2. Documents to be attached with mail:
IELTS/GRE/TOEFL/Duolingo/German language etc*. certificate in PDF format only.

3. After submission, the student will receive an email stating ‘Approved/ Rejected’ within 5 working days.

4. If the application is “Approved”, the student can contact any faculty for LOR in-person or via phone/email.

5. If the application is “Rejected”, the student should contact Dr. Abhitosh Kedia during the college working hours.
