Integrated [ B.Sc. (IT) - M.Sc. (IT) ] [ 5 Years ]

Department of Computer Science and Technology offers 5 years (10 Semesters) M.Sc. (I.T.) program with an intake of 120 for students having HSC or equivalent/3 year Diploma from a state Board of Technical Education. The program has been designed to take the student through basic concepts to current practices in industry, and hands-on laboratory experience. The program is designed to meet the growing demand for qualified professionals in the field of ever-changing requirement of global IT industries. The M. Sc. (IT) program is inclined more toward practical leadership abilities and a broad technical understanding of emerging technologies in the IT field. On completion of three years the students would be awarded with an interim qualification of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology - B.Sc.(IT) degree and on completion of five years students would be awarded Master of Science in Information Technology - M.Sc.(IT) degree. After successful completion of three years student can opt for either exit with B.Sc.(IT) degree or further study in M.Sc.(IT).

12^th pass in Commerce, Science, Vocational Stream or 3 year Diploma from a state Board of Technical Education
