The Conference organizing committee takes pleasure in inviting research papers and case studies referring to the theme- Management: Past, Present and Future.

To facilitate this, the conference canbe attended by academicians, corporate delegates, management consultants, industry experts, people from NGOs, research scholars and practicing managers who can highlight the existing practices, issues, challenges, strategies and future trends relating to the main theme and sub-themes of the conference. Delegates can attend the conference either as a participant or paper presenter and get benefited by the knowledge sharing experience.

It helps in identifying best practices that leads to revelation of better innovative practices and applications which can help industry, business, people and society at large in bringing excellence for collective betterment.

Management is key in achieving the prosperity of stakeholders. Submission Guidelines

Abstract Submission : Abstract should not be more than 300 words. It will comprise of the title of the paper, objectives, methodology, rationality and significance. An abstract should accompany 5 key words. Submit abstract before: 15thDecember 2018.

Full Paper Submission : Full paper should be less than 4,000 words. It should have an abstract, key words, introduction, literature review, objectives and methodology, analysis & discussion, conclusion and scope for further study followed by references and appendix. Submit full paper before:15th January 2019.

Review Process : The abstracts/ full papers submitted for the possible presentation in the conference are subject to a blind review process. The decision of the reviewers will be final and binding. Acceptance/comments of the reviewers of the abstract/full paper will be communicated to the corresponding author within a week of the receipt of the abstract/paper.

  • - Abstract & full paper must contain the name of the author/s, complete address, e-mail id and mobile number.
  • - Citations & references should comply with the APA style of referencing. For details on APA referencing style, please visit
  • - Submission must be in MS-Word format (no other format will be accepted) with all four sides 1 inch margin. Should be typed in Times New Roman with font size of 11. Paper title in 14 (Bold) and all sub-headings in 12 (Bold) and line spacing at 1.15.
